For on-line orders, accepted payments include Visa and Mastercard credit cards only.

How can I check the status of my order?
On submitting your order and once payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include a summary of your order, order total and an order number which can be used for any enquiries via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
or alternatively call 1300 780 340.
When will I receive my order?
If you require your products urgently please select 'express' in the shipping section of your order process. Express shipping within Australia, will generally arrive on the next business day from order confirmation to delivery (if within Australia Posts express delivery areas).
Otherwise allow up to seven (7) business days from order confirmation to delivery for all orders placed within Australia (depending on the delivery location).
Do you accept returns?
Please select products carefully when ordering as we do not offer exchange of goods.
Report any order discrepancies to Vani-T within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Warranty claims will only be recognised within seven (7) days of delivery of product and only if the product is found to be faulty or defective.

Do you ship overseas?
We do not currently ship overseas, the purchase of products from this site is available to customers within Australia only. We do have international distributors who may be able to ship to your location. Refer to Contact Us section for our international distributors.
Can you send me samples of your product?
We do not provide samples of our products. However, in the near future we hope to run sampling programs.
